Refund Policy:

  1. Partial Refund:

    1. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. For this reason, we offer a partial refund option for your ticket purchase.

    2. Up to 50% of the ticket price is eligible for a partial refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
       

  1. Eligibility for Partial Refund:

    1. To be eligible for a partial refund, your refund request must be made within 7 days of your ticket purchase.

    2. The partial refund covers up to 50% of the ticket price, and the remaining amount will not be refunded.

    3. Refund requests made after 7 days of ticket purchase will not be considered.
       

  2. Refund Discretion:

    1. All refund requests are subject to the discretion of the event organizers.

    2. The decision of whether to grant a partial refund will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the reason for the request.
       

  3. Transfer of Tickets:

    1. Tickets purchased for the Bonfire Woman in Leadership event are transferable.

    2. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us of the transfer to update the attendee's information.
       

  4. Resale of Tickets:

    1. You have the option to resell your ticket to another interested party. However, please note that the resale of tickets should not exceed the original ticket price.

    1. Admission to the Bonfire Woman in Leadership event is subject to the discretion of the event organizers.

    2. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of event rules, unruly behaviour, or failure to comply with event policies.
